Chicago Accent Walls provides design, fabrication, and installation of:

Geometric accent walls
Acoustic slat walls
Fabric acoustic panels
Related home or office wall upgrades

All services are subject to written estimates, material availability, and client approval prior to scheduling installation.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are free and non-binding until accepted in writing by both parties.
Prices listed on the website are estimates based on typical project parameters (e.g., material type, wall size, design complexity).
Final pricing is confirmed after on-site measurement or photo review.
Additional costs may apply for: structural changes, paint, electrical work, or unforeseen wall conditions.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to schedule installation.
Remaining balance is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, check, or electronic transfer.
Late payments may incur reasonable fees in accordance with Illinois law.

4. Scheduling and Completion

Installation dates are scheduled after deposit receipt and material confirmation.
Estimated project duration will be provided in writing.
Delays caused by material shortages, weather, or access limitations may affect timelines — clients will be notified promptly.

5. Warranties and Quality Assurance

All installations include a 1-year workmanship warranty covering installation defects.
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials such as wood panels or acoustic fabrics.
Warranty excludes damage due to misuse, impact, moisture, or unauthorized alterations.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Projects canceled prior to material purchase may receive a full refund.
Once materials are ordered or installation begins, refunds are limited to unused materials at our discretion.
Deposits for custom or special-order products are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on chicagoaccentwalls.com—including text, images, logos, designs, and videos—is owned by or licensed to Chicago Accent Walls.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project in question.
